What are my delivery options?
For smaller items, we ship via FEDEX or USPS, and for larger items you have two delivery choices depending on what kind of services youd like. See more details here.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery on kitchen essentials takes between 2 and 7 days; Delivery on appliances normally takes one to two weeks for in-stock items. See more details here.
How do I submit my appliance rebates?
You are responsible for mailing in your rebates, not La Cuisine Appliances. Simply download the rebate form from our site, fill in your appliances' serial numbers and mail in the form to the manufacturer.
How do I return my order?
- Most kitchen essentials purchased from La Cuisine Appliances can be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping; you may check the SHIPPING DEDUCTION TABLE. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund). All fully automatic espresso machines are subject to manufacturer's policies, to return them please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- We don't accept returns for used items unless item is defective.
- Furniture including Kitchen Carts, Kitchen Islands, Working Tables, Benches, Butcher Blocks and Food are not returnable under any condition. If any piece of furniture is defective; it will be exchanged not returned
- Parts can only be returned when they don't fit the intended replacement unit; if your part doesn't fit and we have shipped the correct product (part number on product matches item number on your invoice); return freight will be paid by customer.
- Appliances can be returned as long as they are uninstalled. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs. In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without a RA. All returns are subject to a 15 to 30 percent restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items. For more details, click here. For appliances delivery costs will never exceed $99 for standard delivery and $198 for in-home delivery.
Do you collect state sales tax?
La Cuisine Appliances is located in the states of Florida and therefore does not collect sales tax outside of Florida. Sales tax will be collected and is calculated in the shopping cart at checkout.
Where do you ship?
La Cuisine Appliances delivers appliances to the continental U.S. only. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or abroad. We apologize for any inconvenience. We can however ship to a freight forwarder. We do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes.
